Having lived and traveled around the globe, I have come to call United States my home and a country I embrace and cherish. As they say, there is no place like home. Such is the nature of a career I chose some 10+ years ago. Yes, I buy and sell homes and am an Investor at heart. But more importantly, I specialize in the art of Real Estate, and as Mr. Trump would put it, the art of the deal. I became a licensed Realtor in 2003 and continued to pursue my Real Estate investing goals, although being a Realtor brings the added standard of care to all my real estate transactions, whether it be for myself or my clients. I bought, sold, flipped, cartwheeled, you name it…I tried it at least once. Needless to say, I fell on my face occasionally, but haven’t we all? I’ve been getting up ever since I bought my first property 10 years ago, and sold it for a $100,000+ profit.
I am passionate about the real estate market and I cherish the American dream of home ownership. I continue to strive to not only be a better human being, but also a better Realtor, a better Investor and a better Mentor. I believe that there is always something one can learn to better oneself in anything one chooses to do. As a result, I have accomplished not only success but immense satisfaction in what I do and offer the same degree of commitment to my clients. I earned the NAR’s Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2004/05 and have continued to educate myself every year on current practices every Realtor and Investor must know and can’t do without.
Besides real estate, I enjoy hiking, running, fine arts, performing arts, cooking and travel. I am a dog lover and enjoy taking my ”not so little” yorkie on hikes with me, and we frequent the doggy park circuit quite a bit as well.
I founded UrbanCiti Realty in 2007 with the Investor in mind. Purchasing our primary residence is often the most significant investment that most of us would make in our lifetimes, whether it be once, or multiple times.
